            I need a receipt for my payments

            We can send you a receipt for your payments. If the payment concerns a personal subscription, please email us at

            You will need to include the following details in your email:
            1. Your full name 
            2. Your address 
            3. Your email address
            4. The payment method
            If your school pays for the subscription on your behalf, we will need the school address rather than your personal address.
            If the payment has been made through PayPal and the account is registered under a different name or email address, it is important that you include this information as it will help the team locate your payment details sooner! 

            If the receipt is for a school subscription payment, you will receive this via email when we receive your payment. The receipt of payment email will be sent to the lead of the school account.
