As the end of your school subscription approaches, the lead on the account (the member of staff who set up the account) will receive reminder emails.
In order to renew the subscription, the lead on the account should contact us via email or on the phone (01422 419 608) and request a renewal quote for our Customer Service team. Once this quote is accepted, an invoice will be sent across along with a user form. We ask for this to be completed in order to ensure that our records are kept up-to-date and that all staff who need access are provided with this.
Once this is received, our team will add any new members of staff and will extend the term of the subscription accordingly.
PLEASE NOTE: No time will be lost from your subscription if a renewal is made early. A full 12 months will simply be added to an existing subscription.
